Established in 1995 by Dr. Patrick Lynch, Riverside Medical Centre has proudly provided compassionate, patient-centred healthcare to the people of Clonmel and the wider South Tipperary community for over 30 years.

Directions
Riverside Medical Centre is conveniently located approximately 500 metres from the West Gate area in Irishtown, directly opposite Gaelscoil Chluain Meala.
The main entrance is located at the front of the building. For access to the rear entrance and car park, turn left down the side street at the pediastrian crossing, proceed towards Clonmel rowing club and take the first left before reaching the rowing club. The rear entrance to the practice is located on the left-hand side.
Parking
Limited parking is available at the rear of the practice. Additional on-street parking is available directly in front of the medical centre.
