Nurse Amanda Lonergan
Nurse Amanda is a highly experienced nurse and midwife who graduated with First Class Honours in both Nursing and Midwifery. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN), with a particular focus on child health and family wellbeing.
She has a strong interest in health optimisation, preventative healthcare, nutrition, functional fitness, and chronic disease management. Passionate about helping patients achieve their best health, Nurse Amanda believes in the power of lifestyle interventions, movement, and education to improve both physical and mental wellbeing.
Drawing on her dual qualifications in nursing and midwifery, Nurse Amanda provides excellent support to women and families throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period.
Outside of clinical practice, Nurse Amanda is an accomplished competitive runner and regularly participates in road races and HYROX events. Her personal commitment to fitness gives her a practical understanding of exercise, performance, and healthy living, which she brings to her patient care and health coaching.
As a mother of two young girls, Nurse Amanda is a passionate advocate for children's health and wellbeing and understands the challenges of balancing family life, fitness, and long-term health. She is committed to empowering patients with the knowledge, confidence, and support they need to lead healthier lives.
