Minor Surgery

At Riverside Medical Centre, we offer a range of convenient GP-led minor surgical procedures in a comfortable primary care setting. Our services include skin lesion and mole removal, treatment of cysts and ingrown toenails, joint injections, wound care, and the assessment and management of a variety of common minor surgical conditions.

Dr. Patrick Lynch has a special interest in minor surgery and joint injections and has been performing these procedures for over 30 years, providing patients with experienced, high-quality care close to home.

Many private health insurers will contribute towards or cover the cost of eligible procedures. Minor surgery is not covered under the General Medical Services (GMS) scheme, and patients are welcome to discuss fees with their doctor or our reception team before booking a procedure.
